Ambassador Event Request Form

The Georgia Tech Student Ambassadors act as hosts and student body representatives in support of events for alumni, high profile guests, faculty, staff, and current Tech students.

Please be aware of the following conditions for request approval:

  • Requests must be made at least two weeks prior to the event.
  • Requests are subject to student availability.
  • To change or cancel a request, please email Event Coordinator, Neal Damaniat least 72 hours prior to the event

Ambassadors Details
Due to the summer season, events are filled more slowly than during the academic year. We will provide the contacts of your assigned Ambassador(s) at least 2 business days in advance of your requested event. If you would prefer to have your event immediately filled, please email Neal Damani, Events Coordinator, and Rachel Clark, Staff Advisor. We will do our best to quickly provide the contacts of your assigned Ambassador(s).

  • Ensure all Ambassadors’ roles begin within 30 minutes of the scheduled event start or set-up time
  • Select and/or define clear roles and expectations for requested Ambassador(s)
  • Communicate those roles and expectations to the Ambassador(s) prior to the event
