The Student Ambassadors are unavailable for event requests from Monday, December 18 through Sunday, January 7, due to Georgia Tech’s winter holiday break. The Georgia Tech Student Ambassadors act as hosts and student body representatives in support of events for alumni, high profile guests, faculty, staff, and Tech students.
Ambassador Guidelines for Events
Please be aware of the following conditions when making your request.
- Requests must be made at least two weeks prior to the event. To change the initial request (short of cancellation), send an email to Event Coordinator, Gavin Mueller, at least 72 hours prior to the event.
- Requests are subject to student availability.
- Ambassador event participation is limited to the types of events described above. Other events will be considered at the discretion of the Ambassador Advisor and the Ambassador Executive Committee.
- The primary function of Ambassadors at an event is to mingle with guests and represent Georgia Tech students. Additional responsibilities must be included on the form for review by the Ambassador Executive Committee.
