Ambassador Tour Request Form

Georgia Tech Student Ambassadors offer personalized tours of campus for returning Alumni, prospective legacy students, and high profile guests of the Institute. Ambassador tours are reserved for the parties listed above.

Please be aware of the following conditions for request approval:

Requests must be made at least 10 days prior to the tour. To change or cancel a request, please email Tour Coordinator, Mehul Dhoot, at least 72 hours prior to the tour.
Requests are subject to student availability. Ambassadors cannot be requested on school holidays or when classes are not in session.
Golf carts and small buses for tours are subject to availability and must be arranged by the requestor.
Ambassadors do not accommodate tours for K-12 student groups, high school students who do not have a prior connection to Georgia Tech, or large groups exceeding 30 individuals. The Office of Undergraduate Admission offers tours in a variety of formats to prospective first-year and transfer students, and more information can be found here. Tour Information

Please note that from 5:00 to 9:00pm on Monday, January 27 through Wednesday, January 29, Monday, February 3, and Tuesday, February 4, the Student Ambassadors are unavailable for tour requests due to the organization's annual interview selections for the newest class of Ambassadors. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you in advance for your understanding.
